A Detroit suburb’s Nativity scene has been voted off city property. In the latest attack on Christmas, the Berkley City Council, faced with the threat of a lawsuit by the American Civil Liberties Union, has voted 6-1 to donate its manger scene to the Berkley Clergy Association for display on church property.
