“Lost! Lost! Lost! Better a whole world on fire than a soul lost!
Better every star quenched and the skies a wreck than a single soul to be lost!”
Come back on Monday to read my Modest Proposal for the New Year!
I love this! Everyone gets it wrong. Read the three phrases in the triangles out loud and see if you get it right! We blow these up to poster size and use it to attract crowds. After a person reads the test, we turn the card over and have them answer some more questions on [...]
Lebannon, 1991— Mary Khoury was 17 when Damour, her village in Lebanon, was raided by Muslim fanatics who were bent on converting everyone to Islam by force. She and her parents were given one choice: “If you do not become a Muslim you will be shot.”
Mary knew Jesus had been given a similar choice: [...]
Hour of Power” (H.O.P.) every Friday. 4PM-5PM Meet at Hope Chapel at 4pm. We’ll go to the Del Amo Mall for one hour to evangelize.
********************************************************

I captured the attention of a group of guys with the Million-dollar bill Gospel tracts, but had a harder time keeping them all there to listen. You’ll notice that I’m speaking very loud (surprise! surprise!). I’m doing this for a reason: There is a crowd that is gathered around watching the action, and I want [...]
I looked to see what time “The Nativity Story” started as I peered into the ticket window at the local movie theatre, my two daughters in tow. It was two days before Christmas and now was the time to watch the film telling of the glorious birth of our Savior. One problem: it wasn’t there [...]
It is nice on occasion to read about someone who is acknowledged by the world as a “good person”. Ex-President Ford was this kind of man; I hope he made it to Heaven.
Read the story from AP here:
CRAWFORD, Texas - President Bush on Wednesday remembered former President Gerald Ford as a “man of complete [...]
If this being is omnipotent, then every occurrence, including every human action, every human thought, and every human feeling and aspiration is also His work; how is it possible to think of holding men responsible for their deeds and thoughts before such an almighty Being?
In giving out punishment and rewards He would to a [...]
These boys know how to do! Watch this one minute video and get inspired to shout at someone, (but if you’re too afraid to do that, then just hand out a Gospel tract.)
Herman Chi, a Chinese evangelist for many years, just graduated from my evangelism class and he is on-fire. Learning how to use the 10 Commandments, Judgment Day, Hell, and the Million-dollar bill Gospel tract has made him absolutely fearless!
He ran up our church steps the day before Christmas and told me this story of [...]
Jimmy Stewart was a very popular and beloved actor who is best known for his role as George Bailey in “It’s a Wonderful Life,” voted by the American Film Institute as the most inspiring motion picture ever made.
I love watching this movie during Christmastime; it shows how valuable just one person can be and the [...]
I love escalators! Not only do they save me from all that arduous legwork incurred by lifting too-heavy gifts up too-steep stairs, but I can stand at the bottom and hand out Gospel tracts; I’ve handed out hundreds in just a few minutes. There is a theatre in a local mall that transports people down [...]
Nick Turner is the 15-year-old son of a pastor here at my church, Dale Turner. He wrote this piece for his high school paper and has since experienced a measure of persecution from his teachers, students, and others in authority.
As the Christmas season rolls around, many people get excited about their time off. Finally, [...]
I had some time to kill before picking up my parents at the airport, so I stopped by the Fox Hills Mall in Culver City. As I pulled my car into the mall I saw a bus stop with a ton of people. I pulled out a stack of 100 Million-dollar bill Gospel tracts and [...]
In case you haven’t noticed, on the post below (you’ll have to click on “previous entries”) concerning the Radical Street Preacher, I have gotten quite a few comments about this guy who berates patrons of a stripclub with the Gospel. Watch the two videos on this guy and join in the fray. Some interesting comments [...]
In an article from the wonderful weekly news magazine, WORLD, writer Marvin Olasky profiles a prison warden at maximum security Louisiana State Penetentiary who brings his Christian values to work—and details how God is moving in “America’s worst prison” and “the bloodiest prison in the south.” He writes, “Who knows how evangelism could affect the [...]
Christmas-time can sometimes bring wondeful memories as well as unwanted conflicts. This is written from a graduate from my evangelism class who gave permission to print this, but wished to remain anonymous. Please pray for her and her family.
My husband was apparently “saved” when he was in High School. According to my mother-in-law, he [...]
Los Angeles, December 5, 2005 — Beyond Belief Media has formally declared war on Christmas, the December 25 holiday in which Christians celebrate the birth of the mythical figure Jesus Christ, the company announced today.
“Christian conservatives complain nonstop about the ‘War on Christmas,’ but there really isn’t any such war,” said Beyond Belief Media [...]
(AgapePress) - The Florida-based Christian law firm Liberty Counsel has developed a checklist cataloguing retailers who either censor or acknowledge Christmas. The “Naughty and Nice” lists are part of the legal group’s “Friend or Foe” Christmas Campaign, a yearly effort to combat those who attempt to curb expressions honoring the true meaning of Christmas. [...]
This is Part 2 of the strategy to win your unsaved loved ones (see below).
Here is an interview that I had with a very humble and honest (but confused) character on Hollywood Blvd. If you haven’t been there in awhile it’s a great place to talk with people. We were in front of Grauman’s Chinese [...]
If you’re like me, you want your unsaved family members to come to know the Lord, so that when they die they will not pay for their sin themselves for eternity in Hell (ooooo… sounds kind of harsh doesn’t it?).
Let me try that again: If you’re like me, you want your unsaved loved ones [...]
A 210-foot construction crane collapsed and struck three buildings in Bellvue, killing a 31-year-old man inside a top-floor apartment that was crushed, authorities said.
The crane was working on a nearby vacant office building. Its operator sufferd minor injuries in the collapse.
“It is my opinion that tens of thousands of people, if not millions, have been brought into some kind of religious experience by accepting Christ, and they have not been saved.”

On Monday, I will provide you with a very easy way to get the Gospel to your loved ones over [...]
Whenever I go with a team of people to hand out Gospel tracts and share our faith the first thing we do is hand out a tract to the very first person we see. It gets the initial jitters over with and allows you the freedom to get “into a groove.” You will be amazed [...]
Last week I asked your opinion about the radical street preacher who shouts out the Gospel and berates customers that go into a strip club (see the interview with him by clicking “read the rest of the story” below.)
Below is a video from Fox News that actually shows the confrontation between the preacher and [...]
The first time I met Ray Comfort he showed me his office and pointed to the tiniest desk you ever saw in your life; it was the size of a T.V. dinner table. With a smile he pointed to it and said, “That’s Kirk’s desk!” I laughed as he then led me to his desk, [...]
Here’s the latest from Ray Comfort and Living Waters Ministries moving to Texas:
In a recent news blast, we informed you all that our ministry would be relocating to Texas. Unfortunately, due to recent circumstances beyond our control, this is no longer going to happen. We are just as surprised as you are by this recent [...]
Jehovah’s Witnesses are a persistent lot.
I’m continually amazed at their dedication to the cause of a false religion. Case in point: They were “pioneering” in my neighborhood again! They were just here a couple of day ago (see below). This time I was in a hurry and couldn’t hang around to chat for very [...]
I suspect that this hasn’t happened to you yet while standing for your faith…
In the town of Potiskum, a Christian believer, Azibuike, was stoned and macheted almost to death by Muslims. Another Christian was beheaded. His head was then placed on a stick and carried around the town by a Muslim who repeatedly shouted, “Allah [...]
