Your Thoughts: Curse the Pagans?

Is it Biblical to ever say something like: “If anyone does not love the Lord–a curse be on him.” ?

Certainly true, but just as certainly true that I don’t have to be the one to do the cursing. It’s also just as certainly true that it’s hard to tell someone that they are under a curse, and have them figure out that it’s coming not from me, but from Him.
